Listen to your lower back
This training can be done when you have some back pain or discomfort as well as when you want to shift a state of being worried or stressed to one of strength and stability.
In this training you will be guided to listen to your back and to release the uncompromised part of yourself so that you will train to expand to it, and have it as an energy that can lead you in moments of stress, worry and uncertainty.
