This training will lead you to find the hidden intention in the bad habit you would like to change. By freeing the protective need in that old habit, you will be able to easily let go of that habit and the construct of actions and urges that have been leading you to act in a self-damaging or self-reducing way today.
In every bad habit, there are jems of your need to protect a vulnerable part of yourself. Being able to recognize and create a “safe place“ for it within yourself, the bad habit has no grip anymore. It can now be easily removed and transformed into supportive actions.
