This active meditation aims to create a state where we can stay connected. Being aware of our habit of disconnecting or isolating ourselves is a learned response aimed at protecting ourselves at times when we are dependent and limited in our actions and choices. Today, this learned response, which hides in the shadow of our awareness, harms our friendships, partnerships, and sense of being part of life. Undoing this old response, we increase our ability to trust ourselves and others and find greater freedom while being connected and loved.
