Free from the freezing fear of rejection

In this training you are going to find the new freedom to be and show yourself with people and with your talents and ideas without being trapped behind the fear of rejection.
You will train to be better aware of the physical experience of the fear of rejection and how to identify it, not believing the old intrenched self criticism and convictions of how you are un/wanted or enough. 
With that awareness and the choice of daring to move despite old fear or shame or hurt,  you will be bound to find the clarity and vitality to stay connected to who you are, dare to be seen and express ourself in all areas of your life, not held back by an old fear of rejection.
