In this training, you are guided to find of fullness in your presence. One that will allow you to identify the moments you may be tempted to make an effort to be liked, loved, or admired.
An effort that is connected to old neediness to be loved and to a lack in the experience of being wanted. These can still dominate your choices and interactions unconsciously.
These can make you tied to and dominated by the weakness (frustrations, fears, jealousy, and so on) of others as you try to satisfy them and hope to appeal to that part of them, in order to be liked.
Through the training and the increased awareness to this part in you, you will be able to find freedom, an ability to choose and relate to people from a place of fullness, confidence and simplicity.
You will find the natural sense of boundaries in each relationship and the authenticity in your communication that can then shine love rather than beg for it.
