Letting your spirit wonder- the best transition into night time.
Night time and sleep can be a magical time for our spirit to explore life. But more often than not we are not using the door to enter that state of rest.
This training aims to let you have that bridge into rest and into the dark of the night where your spirit can be free.
It can be done right before going to bed. It is best to use it for at least 2 weeks, in order to create a deep change and a shift in your sleep. It aims then to let you dive into the night time with more of an explorative and visionary sense, creating a bridge where your full being can roam free and “see” what it needs to do and where it can go.
In this practice you will be guided to recognize what are the residues of your past that are still held in your comfort- go- to- sleep position. What are the undigested fears or moments of anger that are still carried in that position and are the container with which you continue to accumulate those feelings today that may block your sleep and your ability to shift them in your life.
With creating a new flow in that position and in your experience, you will be able to let go of the past that still haunts you, better deal with the feelings and situations that you tend to get stuck in today, and use the night time for rest and opening of new paths to yourself that will change your mornings.
