You don’t need to bite – free from unwanted inner dynamics
In this training you will be guided to focus on the area of the neck and jaw as the gate way to a better choice of your re-actions. Many of our unwanted automatic ways of reacting to people and situations are conditioned from the past, the area of the neck and jaw are the bog players in this way of conditioning. As this area is the place to disconnect the mind from the natural response of the body as well as to suppress natural reactions and ways of perceiving a situation, it accumulates tension that wen held unconsciously, keeps us bound to re-act without a true choice.
Following this guided attention exercise, you will be able to find new options in your way of relating and being with those people and those situations that more often than not seem to be dooming you to a self-sabotaging response.
