Your Way Out from Being Stuck in Your Mind
This training is a short little meditation to allow you to move away from this spiral and find some peace to view the situation a new.
Sometime we get stuck in our minds running around in a loop that has no end. We try find a solution for things that bother us, hurt us or stress us. We then end up in a rabbit hole of stressful thoughts and feelings. Often times it is the result of us being hypnotized by an old conclusion we carry and simply can't let go of.
