Let your spirit wonder- moving into night time

You do know that you are bigger than what you tend to live. Right?

And you do know that you are able to be more free than what you allow yourself to experience and show. No?!

I want to offer you a bridge towards that notion. A bridge that can let your spirit run free and have your free being continuously shine into your life.

This bridge is the one between our waking daily being and night time presence/(un)conciseness.

Moving into a flowing passivity at night time, is an art we might all want to better master.

Not only is it an important time to move from the activities of our day to a restful passivity of regeneration and rejuvenation, but it is also a time where we can let our spirit run free.

Some of us tend to fall into a night time passivity more like a dead stone rolling downhill, deaf and blind to the experience of moving into the depth of the unconscious. Others are like a noisy fly that cannot find it’s resting place for more than a minute at a time. They stay irritated and busy hovering above the pit of the unconscious.

I would like to offer you to take some time every night to train a better awareness and attention to this transition zone. Doing so, you will be able to cut the ties of compromise you created, often unknowingly. You will find the way to step away from the unspoken contracts we entered to. And you would be aware of the efforts of a self-reducing-restraints, that you tend to make (at times for years), having the option of letting them go and let yourself be more free.

When night time falls, all things that may have been controlling us in the background, can be suddenly seen. It may start with a buzz in our minds, a turbulent mixture of thoughts and worries. Similar to dust that needs to sink back to the ground after it was stirred by our moving bodies.

It is the time where the chains of our old commitments and promises held by fear, start to jiggle and are prepared to break. This possible freedom may start with a noisy pain and a discomfort we suddenly feel, as the orchestra of the to-dos in our heads goes quiet. The orchestra that numbed our attention to what we are held by.

If you stay put, breath and learn how you can, in this exact moment, move into a flowing passivity, you would may find yourself waking up to a new morning with a spirit that can run more free, and with a larger part of yourself alive and vibrant.

Here are some practices you can do:

1. Listen to the 1st.audio training on the subject. Here you will be guided to identify the way you move into sleep and how to undo the efforts that you are holding still from childhood or other difficult times in your life. You will be guided of how to let go of those efforts and allow the flow of emotions move through your body, breath into it, and let the past rest.

Sleeping time would often be the time we would try to disconnect from the outside world, being only to ourselves. It was a time of escape. Especially when we were not being able to free ourselves, or set boundaries, from people and situations that were hurting or frightening us. Sometimes it was exactly this transition time, that was filled with atmosphere of dread and violence. If our parents tended to fight when we went to sleep, or when we knew that the unwanted visitor may wait for us to close our eyes.

The more you do this practice the more you can use this time not to disconnect from what you sense but to let it move in you so it will then allow you to respond better, clearer and freer when you wake up. You will find yourself freed from pains and discomforts that were part of the accumulated efforts of restraints.

2. You can do this practice also in a shorter version:

When you go to bed take time to breath 3-4 times deeply. Move into your usual position of going to sleep. Be aware of how you hold your body. Feel what you do with your muscles. How do you breathe?

What are your thoughts?

Feel the way your head and neck are held. Feel what you do with your body and what is the intention behind it? what are you trying to push against? Or what are you trying to disconnect from?

Stay with this clarity for few moments, heightening the sensations, the discomfort bringing your automatic reactions and positions to your awareness.

Then start to breath slowly, deeper and deeper. Start to gently relax and soften your muscles and joints still in the same position. Feel the option of filling this “form” with livelihood and movements. After couple of moments change your position: Lie on your back feeling the bed holding you. Open your breath and your awareness to the room you are in and choose to let you go.

Breath one more time, when you exhale feel and see in your mind’s eye how you let the past fall deep behind you.

Take a second to ask your spirit /your free being, to guide you in this time towards the clarity and ease that you need to follow in your waking life.

Do this for a month, and you will feel a change that you will not be able to reach with any other “active” or conscious route.

Yours,

Anna

P.s

you are welcome to write the results of your practice, as I am curious to meet your free spirited being roaming this earth.
