Remembering how it all started – your special present to yourself
If you want a boost of energy spiced with a deep sense of knowing who you are and wrapped in the feeling of being connected to your life, I have just the right present for you.
This present can be enjoyed without needing to wait for Santa or to any other special occasion. There is no need to reach a longed-for-moment, when your stress will be over or when life will be perfect.
If you are ready to unwrap it now, it is yours.
The package may be tricky for you. It may feel as if the band around it is too tight and does not give in to your pulling and pushing.
But if you stay with it, I promise you, will be able to tear that resistant cover and enjoy that special energy you may have been missing.
In our adult life, we tend to get caught up with a life - management attitude.
We tend to get entangled with ideas, beliefs and expectations that are not part of who we truly are.
With that, we then hold a constant effort to do, to perform and prove the worth of our existence.
This is one of the main ways we drain our energy and live with frustration and a sense of emptiness inside that seems so difficult to shake off.
Your life energy, your sense of purpose (without needing to have a goal) as well as the deep knowing of your worth and the simple joy of existing is lying underneath all of this.
All we have to do is to find a way to cut through it and enjoy that precious energy of us.
This should be possible… if you are ready to recognize that your cells remember who you are / were when you were just entering this life. When you were born. Are you ready to connect to the deep knowing within you of who you are that cannot be answered by your logical mind? It is a knowing that surpasses words and can be felt only by yourself.
If you are ready to be surprised then…. sit comfortably or even lie down if you want. Start by paying attention to your breath. Choose to softly and slowly increase the amount of air you are willing to take and release softly out.
Move your shoulders in circles to release and tension or stiffness and do the same with your neck, feet and hips.
Continue to pay attention to your breath and any holding or tension in your body, trying to let go and soften as much as you can.
Now let yourself remember of the time you were a new visitor to this life. The time you were born and meeting your life and the people around you.
This is a memory that has no cognitive part to it. Find a way to trust what you sense.
The memory of who you are is rooted in these sensations and experience.
Keep on breathing deeply and follow the movements and sensation is your body. Let them flow and “flood” your head and your mind. Pay attention to your head and especially to the back of your head and try to soften it with breath, letting go of the jaw and the effort the you accumulated there, maybe through an upward effort of your shoulders.
Let the sensual memory expand into your body with each breath.
Feel the clarity and the sense of simplicity that is part of this memory and of who you truly are. It is a state you do not have to explain to anyone. One you do not have to make others understand or agree with.
It is a sensation of flowing into the space around you.
Feel the life force that you had within you since the moment you were born.
If you find yourself needing to move, please do so. Do not stop yourself with shame or judgements. Feel that those movements are the part of the way your life energy is eager to explore, try and be engaged.
Give yourself time to be with that memory. Discover how it was and is moving in your life today without you noticing it usually.
Feel how will your day feel, your work, your interactions and even your sleep be when you let that memory be alive in you. When you use that memory to continuously connect to that energy of who you are. The one which was in its purest form in the first moments of your life.
Now that you have that sensation, return to it daily. Again, and again connect. Remember. By doing so, you will start to re-anchor yourself in it. In that deep knowing of who you are and your intentions in life.
I hope that you could enjoy that present that was hidden within yourself.
One that is beneath the judgments the efforts and the need to solve and know.
You can also get back to it especially when life seems stressful and you are getting lost in conflicts or any others complications.
I wish you a wonderful unwrapping and the most joyful moments in re-discovering you were there all along!
And here is a free of charge link to listen to this guided meditation- Enjoy!
Yours,
Anna
