Would you like to have a better sense of judgment?
A better sense of what is your place and purpose in this world and life?
Would you like to better your ability to “know what is happening” while being less and less entangled with the interoperations you carry from your past fears and wounds?
Our Intuition is a sense of knowing and a sense of being.
It is not only knowing what is within us but also the ability to perceive what is around us.
Think of it like a wind that blows coming to greet us from far away, meeting the surface of your skin. If you resist it, it feels harsh and all you want is to contract every muscle and close your skin up.
But if you let it in, it will move in a twirling dance through you, connecting you to the world and the vast options you can than move with.
If we become like a window letting that wind of life, the soul of the world, to move through us, then we can receive the gift of intuition.
Following the currents of that wind, is a constant exploration. One of being able to open up more and more. One of daring to sense, contain and perceive intensity with less restrictions of fear and ego.
The gift of intuition and knowing lets us act rather than react. It unwarps our flexibility and a healthy adaptability in unexpected situations. It moves us into experiencing and away from explaining, dissecting and judging.
And the best part is that our ego is less and less involved in our choices.
It needs less of an approval and cannot be hurt and triggered.
Part of our minds and our fear – based - reactions maintain a constant demand to reduce what we sense. To reduce how we sense ourselves as well as what we sense in the world around us.
Stress, shame, anger, mistrust, pressure and resentment (to count a few) are the squeaky sounds of our being when it is unable to freely open up to what we experience.
All those moments are the rusty parts of us holding on to old needs, beliefs, fears and wounds.
When we start to move that wind in us, first through breath, we call the wind of the world to join us. A wind that can bring answers and options that we can never create alone.
When we start to allow those sounds and squeaks to move in us, give them the space in all of our cells, a magical transformation can happen.
The squeaks turn into a cry, then into a humming and then into a song that can then be carried by that life wind, to when they can be answered.
All we have to do then is to include the 6 directions of the world in our experience.
To acknowledge and feel the space around us: above and below, to the left and the right, to the frontand the back.
If you train to do that constantly, no matter what you are busy with nor in which state you are, you will be astound to feel how easy it is to connect to a sense of ease, and of a deep knowing. A state that can free you from being stuck in old spirals of thoughts. A state that can free you from the chains of anxiety. A state that gives space to all those feelings never fully felt. A state when suddenly clarity and relief can flow through your veins, waking up your heart and illuminate the place you have in this world.
To stretch into the 6 directions, you cannot rely on your eyes and vision. You have to start from within your whole body. Then to feel how your body touches the space / air around you: feeling the world through your body.
Only then what you may “see” will stop being a fantasy but a knowing. It will not be a make belief nor an escaping maneuver from yourself and life but rather a grounded presence that is commuted to its freedom of being.
Try to do that: breath in and out deeply and start to feel your body.
Then direct your attention to feel the space below you with your feet. Stay with it for a while until you feel through your feet rather the trying to see the ground. Continue above your head. Feeling the head as much as you can (you can touch the head and massage it for a moment) and then feel the space above your head. Stay with it, until you feel it rather then try to see it.
Do the same to the left and the right. The front of your body and the back.
Try to breath deep and feel all of these directions at once. Feel how you stand in space and how the space perceives you.
You can do it when you feel stuck or unable to decide. You can do that when you cannot stop being occupied with a problem or when you are stuck in accusing someone in your mind. You can do that when you are suffering from physical discomfort or pain.
See what the world can whisper to you when you let this wind of life move through and with you.
